It's MANor Candy Monday, and today we're ogling Urquhart Castle on Loch Ness in the Scottish Highlands. I had the privilege of visiting the ruins of this castle on my trip to the UK in 2010, and I must say it was one of my favorites. It's so atmospheric, and in a beautiful location.
