Happy Monday, everyone!  I had a great time in Cleveland at Bouchercon, and met so many wonderful people, but I'm glad to be home, and ready to get back to work.  One of the highlights of my trip was definitely my lunch meeting with my editor, the lovely and talented Michelle Vega.  We had a great time chatting and catching up, and I was beyond ecstatic when she surprised me with my first copy of the final version of The Anatomist's Wife, hot off the presses.  All I can say is that I was grinning stupidly and fighting back tears to see something I've worked so long and so hard for finally resting in my hands.  It's an absolutely amazing feeling. 

In other news...  Emails have been sent to the winner of my Birthday Contest, but I've yet to hear back from them.  So, if you are a newsletter subscriber, please be sure you checked.  If I don't hear back from the winner by Tuesday October 9th at 11:59pm, per the rules, I'll be forced to draw another winner.
